Having discovered that being a university drop-out severely restricts the openings for post-graduate research fellowships in most respected institutions, Chris decided to abandon his hopes of winning the Nobel Prize for Chemistry and started looking for paid work.

After spending some time as a seasonal lab assistant in a quality-control laboratory and failing to attain a position in the House of Lords as a People's Peer, Chris started with Netrank as a researcher in April 2002, joining the SEO team later that year. This was to be the start of a meteoric rise that resulted in him running the team and then being invited to join the Board of Directors in 2007.

Once proud of the fact that the only occasion he had ever been to London was for a protest march, Chris is now a regular visitor to London and other parts of the country, delivering training seminars and briefing web design teams across a broad selection of industries.

As the SEO industry matures and begins to find wide-spread acceptance across all corporate sectors, Chris's unique perspective and knowledge are increasingly in demand.

Chris dreams of a time when he can implement his ideas for a reconciliation of communism and capitalism into a holistic and functional form of government.
